RMAN_PROCEDURALPATH must include $RFHTREE/18.0/openvdb in order to render volumes from SOPs in Solaris. See installation page for details on changes to set up in 23.0.

Set SOP Path parameter on the SOP Import LOP.
RenderMan only supports importing vdb volumes from SOPs.
Create volume material network inside the Material Library LOP using PxrVolume.

only float grids meaning no volume motion blur.
