Welcome to the Pyro Kaboom Box HDA
The HDA will greatly speedup up your pyro and volume workflow, allowing artists to quickly and easily lookdev and render explosions, fire, candles, and anything else in between. The HDA offers both basic and advanced pyro lookdev controls plus a few presets to get you going quickly and easily.
At the heart of the HDA is a complex and robust PxrVolume shading network, developed especially for RenderMan by Hope Schroers, one of the many very talented VFX TD's at Pixar Animation Studios.
